Cancellation Policy

Dear participant,
we regret to see that you will not take part in the Information Universe conference. Please, see our cancellation rules below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

To cancel your registration, please inform the Local Organizing Committee by sending an email to informationuniverse@rug.nl

Cancellation requests received before 31 July, 2015: Registration fees will be fully reimbursed.

Cancellation requests received between 1 August, 2015 and 1 September, 2015: Registration fees will be 50% reimbursed.

Cancellation requests received after 1 September, 2015: Registration fees will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation of conference dinner only, sent before 15 September, 2015 will result in full reimbursement of the conference dinner fees. After this date conference dinner fees will not be reimbursed.
